REFUND POLICY

Here, Glimpse Co. (referred to as "we", "our", and "us") will detail how we manage and disperse the responsibilities and eligiblity of refunds and replacements. 

1. )  Refund Request: 

Email you request for a refund to info@glimpse-co.online with an explanation for the request. Do this within 3-7 days of receiving the item, and we will work to refund the item based on the circumstance. 

2. )  Refund or Replacement Acceptability: 

A Glimpse Co. apparel item is eligible for a full refund or replacement if there is a defect or damage to the product, if the wrong item was sent to you, or if the wrong size was received, proven by photo and receipt (order number) evidence. 


Glimpse Co. will either resend the original item to you without any additional cost on your end, or Glimpse Co. will refund you for the sale price of the item in question.

3. ) Request Process:

Please email Glimpse Co. at info@glimpse-co.online to initiate a replacement or refund claim within 3-7 days of receiving your apparel. Include these identifying factors:

- Your Name and Order Number
- Description of the Issue 
- Clear Photo Evidence of the Issue

4. ) Non-Refundable Scenarios: 
​
All sales are final in regards to a personal change of mind, wrong size ordered (misunderstanding the size-guide), or personal dislike of the design or the product itself.
